                    Thanks for your reply.  You information is very helpful .  Are you an employee of NXP?

I‘m an employee of Siemens  and I checked your information with NXP sales China . He told me that Siemens is a global key account of NXP and we have a VPA contract, the NDA is already under the VPA. So,do I  have any other way to get this IBIS model?

Thanks. I'll check with the lead engineer to see if he has the NDA and can request the model. In case we can't get this file soon enough for our production schedule, do the DDR4 buffers in this IC family perform similarly to those in the iMX family for which I already have IBIS models?

We would recommend to use correct IBIS model because of difference in package and technology.
