How to program a NOR Flash using JTAG ins LS2085aqds board?

I have LS2085aqds reference board. From that suppose i make a my own custom board. So while booting up first time how i program the NOR flash using JTAG for NOR flash booting. Is there any DIP switch setting i have to change or I have to download a special software or something?

CodeWarrior includes Flash Programmer which control LS2085 based board via CodeWarrior TAP and permit program board’s flash memory.
