DDR validation has encountered a problem in codewarrior tool

When we are doing DDR validation test on LS1021A-TWR board using Codewarrior Licensed tool, getting below error message. Please provide your feedback.

1) Do you really use TWR-LS1021A board?

2) Are you using CWH-CTP-CTX10-YE probe tip?

3) Please provide U-Boot booting log as text attachments and screenshot of the DDR Validation Tool Wizard containing parameters used for the validation.

Yes i am using TWR-LS1021A evk board.

Below attached the screenshot of TWR_LS1021A board Hardware connection and DDR validation tool containing parameters used for the DDR validation:

Could you please suggest why we are not able to complete DDR validation in EVK board, fyi, DDR validation is happening upto 12.03% after that diagnostic error is getting.
