Can't write internal register

We are currently debugging a prototype board with LS1043A installed. After investigating the problem that the HRESET signal does not change to High, there is a problem that Codewarrior cannot write to the RCW register. Please let me know the cause and solution.

Please refer to LS1043A reference manual to configure your custom board as hare-coded RCW to check whether there is Power-on sequence problem.

If no, please check RCW read from target and write RCW function.

We checked our custom board as hard-coded RCW and it gives us a memory access error.
We have posted about this issue.
