Our customer has purchased "CWP-PRO-NL".
Also, they revised the contract of CWT-PRO, last year.
They want renewal of the contract of CWT-PRO.
In the following URL, status of CWT-PRO is not "Active" but "Qualification".
Can customer revise the contract of CWT-PRO?

CWP-PRO-NL is license for using CodeWarrior, perpetual (not annual subscription, does not require renewal) and "NL" means "node locked", that is - not "floating".
CWT-PRO is "technical support" subscription for the CodeWarrior, renewal after first year (first year is included in above license)
If your current technical support contract is expired or about to expire, you can order CWT-PRO to prolong it.
The status "Qualification" of the partnumber CWT-PRO - should be ignored.
