Hi All,

I have one b4860qds board currently working. There are three Ethernet ports in it: J16 (100Mbps), J18 and J20 (both 1000Mbps). The only one working by default is J16, which is the 100Mbps, ergo the slower one.

How can I enable J18 or J20 so that I can work with them as well? Does that depend on the BSP of the OS I am running? I am currently running VxWorks 653 2.5 and I wonder if this is something I need to tell to the BSP guys or something I can do directly in the board.

Thanks a lot!

1) Please provide U-Boot booting log, so it will be possible to check RCW.

2) Please address the request to the Wind RIver technical support.

Hi ufedor,

Thanks for the reply. I can't get to the u-boot bootloader at the moment, but I will do that. I remember we flashed a new RCW. Are you saying that which interface is used depends on the RCW?

Thanks!

The RCW controls SerDes protocols - please refer to the processor's RM for details.
