B4680 PCI Express link

I am having a problem establishing a PCI Express link between a B4860QDS and a Xilinx ML605 board. The reported value of ltssm_status is 0x51, which is the Polling compliance state. I'd like to know how I can reset the PCI Express peripheral to default settings from the SC3900FP DSP subsystem?

The "Polling compliance" state means that B4860 PCIe transmitter can’t detect the presence of the remote link partner’s receiver.

In this case it is required to check the AC coupling capacitor value (should be 100 nF) and continuity of all components related to the link.

Thanks for your help. It turns out my problem was actually the interface board between the B4860QDS and the Xilinx board. It was connecting TX to TX and RX to RX! The fact that receiver detection was passing led me to beleive that the board was ok - I'm rather surprised that receiver detection would pass in the Xilinx with this configuration.
