HI I'm using mTWR-k70f120m TOWER Board.is there any tool to Generate driver code to prove my needs. and Which IDE is supports.

please suggest me and any example codes are there please provide me its helps for my development

Could you please check the TWR-K70F120M|Tower System Board|Kinetis MCUs | NXP Semiconductors? In the Documentation and Design Resources/Software sections, there are a couple of guides/demo software/bare metal sample code, that could be useful to look at.

The TWR-K70F10M includes the SDKv1.0 of the MK70FN1M0VMJ12 microcontroller, which is on KDS (Kinetis Design Studio) to use. Nonetheless, it is worth to mention that we do not longer support this tool.

Other tools that you could use for your development are IAR and MQX. In TWR-K70F120M|Tower System Board|Kinetis MCUs | NXP Semiconductors there are:

• Kinetis 120MHz bare metal sample code, code snippet which IAR supports.
• K70F120M Quick Start Demo Software and Lab Guide, which is a Lab Guide for MQX 3.8.
