Who can help me to fix the following issues about NXP salesforce system?
- After customer posted their issue, I couldn’t receive the notification quickly unless customer call me or dedicatedly send me a mail, for such email below, I wait for more than 12 hours until got it;
- After I login the salesforce system, I can’t find any entry to change the case status, case owner..
