I am not able to get Processor Expert for MM912j637 IBS iwhich has an mc9s12i128 cpu in it. Can anybody help me out here please?

I am sorry the MC9S12I128 derivative is not supported by Processor Expert, see the list of supported derivatives in Release Notes of Processor Expert (CW MCU v10.6\MCU\ProcessorExpert\README.txt).

When you create project, if there is no the Processor Expert selection, it mean the PE does not support the chip.
