Issue for "Init_UART" Code Generation by PE

Hi,

There has been an issue for "Init_UART" (Low Level Peripheral Initialization) code generation by PE.

Based on the Reference Manual (Kinetis K20, Chapter 47, pg.1208), UARTx_BDH should be initialized prior to UARTx_BDL, but PE perform otherwise.
