First, please install CW MCU v10.2 Update 1.0.0, then install PE service pack for MC56F84xx, both can be downloaded from:

http://www.freescale.com/webapp/sps/site/overview.jsp?code=CW_UPDATES_MCU_10_2

In addition, the latest version is v10.4,  we would advise you to upgrade your tool to v10.4:
