PCF2131 entering into TESTMODE

Hi ,i have a problem with PCF2131.

sometimes the PCF2131 entered into TEST_MODE by itsself without any operation.

I found that the control_register1 changed to 0x88H which means the chip has entered into TestMode.

is there any condition will cause this kind of problem?

is there any way to resolve this problem?
