i am working on making a bms for fsae electrical vehicle  

i require 13 gpio pins in the cell monitoring unit for temperature monitoring  but in MC33774 only 8 GPIOs pins are present so is there a way to increase number of  GPIO pins by using some ic or by using two MC33774 ics together also if i use a centralized thermistor expansion module would it be able to communicate with s32k3 or will there be any problem
