Sorry we do not offer this type document. I think, testing soldering quality and all board components if they properly placed and have desired value - will be enough. The processor itself is 100% tested on factory during production, so I expect it will work if properly soldered. Of course, the exact testing procedure is up to you, for example you can use JTAG boundary scan to test all connections around the processor.
