T1042 RCW source pins

Hello,

           We have multiple boards with a T1042 processor. So this problem is in only one card. Card specific problem.

       We are able to detect T1042 via Lauterbach cable and program SPI flash attached to it but the card doesn't boot. We have observed that we are getting strange values on RCW source pins which are only set by pull up/down resistors. and thus value of RCW source pins are not which we have set. it seems the processor is driving these pins. We are not able to understand why this happening. No other boards is behaving like this so it is essentially a hardware problem but not able to debug. Could you pl help us with what could be causing processor to behave like this.
