T1014 dubug link error

Hello NXP Community,

I am currently working on a project using the NXP T1014 processor and Codewarrior usb tap. I am using CodeWarrior for Power Architecture, Version: 10.5.1 (Eclipse/Windows hosted). The Problem: When I try to launch the debugger for my target (test-core00_RAM_T1014_Download), the process fails, and I receive the following error: CCSProtocolPlugin : Could not connect to the probe (or other debug link) [CCS last error: CC config string is invalid ]

Please check whether you have valid CodeWarrior software license in IDE from Help->Freescale Licenses?

Are you using the new CodeWarrior TAP which integrates both USB port and Ethernet port?

If yes, please let me  which version CodeWarrior TAP you are using.

Old product is not supported in CodeWarrior 10.5.1 for T1014.
