The diference between the " SPC5200CVR400" and "SPC5200CVR400B"
Both processors share the same package, " BGA272"
The MPC5200B adds enhancements to the device, including an updated SDRAM memory controller, upgrades to the programmable serial controller, and other functions to improve the operation of the device.
