I am currently working on a hardware design project that utilizes the MC68360 (QUICC) processor. To ensure the reliability of the high-speed bus and power delivery network, I need to perform SI (Signal Integrity) and PI (Power Integrity) simulations.
However, I am having trouble locating the necessary simulation models on the NXP website. Could someone please provide or point me to the following resources?
IBIS Model (.ibs): I specifically need this for the Address/Data bus and system interface pins.
If the official IBIS model is no longer available due to its legacy status, are there any compatible models or BSDL files that I could use as a workaround for my simulation tool (e.g., HyperLynx, Sigrity)?
Any documentation or files related to MC68360 simulation would be greatly appreciated.
