MPC8377 JTAG problem

  Configuration information has been OK when I test PCI_SYNC_OUT,I found 33.33MHZ。But 

JTAG link failure.

Please help me to solve this problem ,thank you!

As far as I can see, your CodeWarrior says "Failed to correctly configure the JTAG chain".

This is very frequent issue, please search this community by using this string "Failed to correctly configure the JTAG chain" as keyword to find a solution.
