P1014: using D_INIT multiple time

Is it possible to use D_INIT multiple time to write different pattern to the DDR memory? Goal is to write different pattern and read/compare.

~What would be the correct sequence to stop the memory and re-use D_INIT?

This is not possible. The data initialization is performed only once as described in the DDR_DDR_SDRAM_CFG_2[D_INIT] description in the P1014 QorIQ Integrated Processor Reference Manual.
