Five cards (out of a few dozen) do not have access to a DDR memory processor.
In tests using JTAG we found that test_in and MDIC0 signals oscillate between 0 and 1 even though we connected them to ground as required instructions: test_in directly to ground and MDCI0 through against 18.2 ohms to ground.
I would appreciate your reference to the issue.
