The MPC8321E IBIS model is not public. So you should reach NXP support through create private request for the model file. Please
- Open https://www.nxp.com/support/support:SUPPORTHOME
- Press "Go to Tickets".
- Login with your NXP login and password.
- On opened "Group, Create and View your support cases" page click “+Add a new case”.
