Hi Guofred,

An SC prefix denotes special/custom qualified device:

An A suffix denotes an advanced version - without current measurement/coulomb counter.

A P suffix denotes a premium  version - with current measurement/coulomb counter.

The MC33771C full datasheet as well as other useful documentation are available on NXP's web portal for the distribution of secure and export-controlled documentation called DocStore and require an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement):

https://www.docstore.nxp.com/products?path=/content/docstore/product-hierarchy/Automotive-Battery-Ma...

Best regards,

Tomas
