HI…I’m Future FAE Jeff Yu and sorry to bother you.
Our customer reflect he can’t execute any version(v135 or v141) since his computer from WINDOWS 10 upgrade to WINDOW11.
(Doesn’t connect to USB-I2C Programming kit…offline execute Ringo).
His others senior colleague which used WINDOWS 10 base or my computer(also as WINDOWS 10) can execute Ringo even off-line.
Since he upgrade to WINDOWS 11 the will happen “unexpectedly close” during execute RINGO.exe.
Have you met this situation or others customer feedback this question.
Should we update driver or NXP have newest RINGO can support WINDOW11?

Dear Jeff,
The Ringo GUI should be compatible with Windows 11.
Maybe there is an issue with the FTDI-drivers. The latest drivers can be downloaded from:
https://ftdichip.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/CDM212364_Setup.zip
