Replacement part for PCA9460

Hello,

I'm designing a board based on the IM8ULP. In the hardware recommandations, the vias size used is standard (~0.4mm diam / 0.2mm hole, tht). However, for the PMIC part (PCA9460), some microvias/blinvias are used...

Therefore, I'm searching a PMIC with a larger package, to use the same vias size.

Which one could I use for this application ?

I hope all is great with you. Thank you for using the NXP communities.

I am afraid that within the PCA9460 series, the only available package is WLCSP42. Please accept my apologies.

The only solution that comes to my mind, is to select a non-programmed PMIC from another series, to program it and try to emulate the behavior of the PCA9460 series.
