I am working with non-programmed part PF1550. I have read its datasheet and the OTP programming Instructions AN12408. But when trying to follow the programming example, I encounter some weird register addresses like 0xC0, 0xC1, 0xC2,..., for which I cannot find descriptions. Which documents should I read to find these registers?
