PF1550 Battery Powerd

Hi,

I want to use the PF1550 in a wearable device. When I am looking into the typical application circuit I see that VBUSIN is the default power input of the PF1550. If a battery is connected to VBATT and VBUSIN is removed. Will VBATT automatically take over and source VSYS? 

Typically I want a design with a battery powering VSYS and once in a while charge the battery by connecting USB to VBUSIN.

Hi Daan,

Yes, if the charger is removed from VBUSIN, then VBATT will automatically power VSYS without any interrupt.
