MFS5600 and MPF5020 OTP Programming

So we initially plan on doing our OTP programming process during production for these 2 parts. We noticed on the newly released datasheets (March/April 2024), there is a new note regarding OTP programming that was not mentioned in the older datasheets. So is it mandatory to have only NXP or recommended third party to program the device for production run?
