we recently receive EOL notice for MC34708VM, which we are still using in our production for imx53 processor.

I would like to know if there is any suggested replacement part number for part number: MC34708VM?

The discontinuation notice for MC34708 has been cancelled so this product is still available and not discontinued afterall since many customers still use it with i.MX53
