MC33772C- AFE Data response issue

Hi,

We use MC33772C IC to read cell data using CAN through CAN-TPL transceiver.

During data transmission/reception, in between the cell data from AFE is missing. The AFE is not responding to our CAN queries. We use ScriptGUI, which is suggested by the NXP to get data using CAN.

What might be the reason for this issue?
