LLC+PPC Converter design

Hello there,

We are designing a new PSU unit with TEA2016 controller to convert 230C AC to 12V (18A) & 5V (2.5A) DC with an overall power rating of 230W. 

Based on the reference designs and design calculator tools available from NXP, we are facing a few difficulties in the selection of the below-mentioned components. Could you please help us find the suitable devices asap? 

1. Boost inductor,

2. Resonant inductor ( in LLC topology )

3. Primary inductor integrated with transformer (dual secondary transformer + auxillary 18V winding).

Could you please share with us the exact part number or custom-made part drawings that we can get from the manufacturers and kickstart our project asap?

The PFC coil(s) and LLC transformer on the TEA2016DB1519 240W demo board are from supplier Würth Elektronik. Samples for development purposes can be requested via the website.

The TEA2016DB1519 board uses the same components as the TEA1916DB1262 board. I attached the specifications.
