Is there any active cell balancing based reference board available for lithium ion based battery pack(48V) from NXP?.If so please share the details of it.

Currently there is not such a reference board available, you can find all evaluation/development boards we currently offer at MC33771 |14-Channel Li-ion Battery Cell Controller IC | NXP.
