the requested documents and other useful FS26 documents are available in the FS26 product page, under the Secure section. Please note, to be able to download the confidential documents, your company need to have a valid NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) with NXP and you need to be registered on the nxp.com page.
The Hardware design guideline is in the AN12995.

thank you for the printscreen. This is a common problem. Currently you don't have access rights. Please click on the link and request the access rights. Then the Secure team will asses your request and if your company have a valid NDA, then there shouldn't be a problem to grant you access.
