The upcoming mass production project encountered the following issues when using FS2322:
V1 output is abnormal as below waveform:
By observing the waveform of the two terminals of the bootstrap capacitor, it was found that the waveform was abnormal。
Abnormal waveform at both ends of FS23 bootstrap capacitor:
The normal FS23 output bootstrap capacitor has a square wave with an amplitude of 10V at both ends：
After trying to replace the bootstrap capacitor with the same capacitance value, the problem disappeared. Currently, the selected capacitor specifications are as follows:
33nF_10%_50V_0603_X7R_Murata
My current question is, are there any special requirements for the selection of bootstrap capacitors? How can I thoroughly solve the problems I am currently facing?
PS: This issue occurred during mass production, excluding capacitor damage. Currently, 3 cases of this problem have been found.
