Clarifications required regarding SBCFS26 DFS State

Hi Nxp,

I am using MFS2613AMDA6.

I have observed that SBC entering into DFS State once fault error counter reaches its max limit. 

But it was staying at DFS State only for 100ms even I was not doing any signal transition for Wake1 pin (to exit from DFS and enter into load fuse state).

What would be the reason to exit from DFS after 100ms?

How to make SBC to stay in DFS (To avoid continuous RSTB Assert)?

We are expecting to exit from DFS state by only doing Power on Reset to meet our project requirement.

Hi,

The MFS2613AMDA6 exits the DFS state after 100ms due to the enabled Auto-retry mechanism in its OTP configuration. To force the device to remain in DFS until a POR, the OTP must be configured for RETRY_DIS_OTP = 0 and RETRY_MODE_OTP = 0.

Thank you for providing the clarification.

I have cross verified with OTP Sheet and it is conformed the Same configuration.

For this Part number, OTP is Configured as below

Auto retry mode = Limited retry

Auto retry timer limit = 800ms.
