Hi NXP,

I am using MCU (S32K322EHT0MPAST) and SBC (MFS2613AMDA6).

I am facing the RSTB Low from the power up.

Sivahari_0-1778568372961.jpeg

we are supplying voltage +12V for the circuit and connected SBC RSTB pin to MCU Reset Pin directly (Bi-directional).

Is that SBC will not release RSTB Pin if any Over voltage or under voltage or any other fault detected from power up?

Thanks for Support

Hi Shivahari,

please refer to the Figure 14. (Fail Safe Logic) in the FS26 full datasheet. To leave Enable Monitoring mode not OV/UV must be reported. If OV/UV reported and VMONx assigned to ABIST1, device remains in Enable Monitoring and the RSTB stays low if powered up from cold start.

However the RSTB can be also held low by your S32K3 MCU.

With Best Regards,

Jozef
