Hey folks,
I’m building an analog signal-chain for a sensor interface and I’m trying to integrate the BAW56SRAZ switching diode. It’s a dual diode on a tiny chip, perfect for signal routing/switching.
When I toggle the signal path, I’m seeing weird voltage drops. I’m not sure if the diode is mis-wired or if it’s just not the right part for this kind of low-voltage analog routing. My layout uses long traces and shares the ground plane with a high-speed MCU, could that be messing with the diode’s performance?
Has anyone used the BAW56SRAZ in a sensor or analog routing project? I’d value your thoughts on diode routing, signal trace length, or alternatives that handled clean analog switching better.
Thanks for the help, really appreciate the community!
