I recently purchased the NXP BESS 1.0 reference solution (BMU/CMU/BJB setup), and I am currently exploring the provided software and communication interfaces.
I have a question regarding CAN communication:
Is it possible to import and use a DBC file within the provided software or reference application?
For example, is there any built-in support or recommended approach for integrating a DBC-based CAN message definition into the system?
I noticed that the BMU supports CAN-FD communication , but I could not find clear information about DBC usage or tooling support in the software package.
Also, I am relatively new to CAN communication, so any guidance, examples, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
