about p1023 flash programming

hello,I have a customized board based on P1023RDB,now I have some trouble about falsh burning ，attached is my trouble description,and some wrong messages output in CW10.5.1, could anyone  help me out ? or just tell me how to configure in CW10.5.1 my flash information :32Mx16x1,DDR3L:64Mx16x2,I am sure the power  supplying is good and the POR configuration is rigth too!

It is highly possible that SDRAM does not operate properly in your case. Try to use RAM initialization script in the "Initialize target script" - see attached.

Also it is needed to uncheck the "CCS executable" checkbox - see attached.

hello, should  the RAM initialization script   be modified? because  my DDR3L is not same as script,on other hand, the LAW register and OR0 BR0 ,are not my case
