Where do I find the UBOOT for the P1020?

Depend on whitch version of P1020 board you are using. For P1020rdb you can findfsl02bba9uild uboot image at this link. You have to download QorIQ-SDK-V1.5-PPCE500V2-IMAGE , then follow the steps from infocenter.

Note that p1020rdb is supported upstream, so another option is to get the latest upstream release from Denx.  Regardless of where you get the source code, make sure you choose the right U-Boot target for the board revision (P1020RDB-PC, P1020RDB-PD, or the non-suffixed target for PB).
