P2041RDB Design Files

I would like to check CLK_OUT waveform from P2041RDB. So I tried to find design files in P2041RDB product page as I linked below.

Unfortunately, I cannot find the design files at there.

Please let me get the design file for reference.

You can get P2041RDB files if you create a technical case with request for it. See How I could create a Service Request?  In the request please specify the board revision and what files you need.  I looked at schematics of the P2041RDB-PA, P2041RDB-PB and P2041RDB-PC and found that there is not test point for the P2041 CLK_OUT.
