P2041 power issue

Hi,

Our Custom designed board which was working suddenly stopped working. All the power and clocks are proper. But unable to see console and unable to connect to Codewarrior through JTAG. 

Is there any signal or method to verify whether processor is working or not?

Please refer to the QorIQ P2040 Reference Manual, Figure 4-1. Power-on reset sequence and ensure that all signals behave as described including all POR configuration signals.
