P1011: Multiple PCIe Controllers and Modes?

Can the P1011 be configured to operate two separate PCI Express controllers at the same time over separate x1 connections?  If so, can these two controllers be in different device modes at the same time?  That is, can one be configured as a RC on its port while the other is an EP on its port?
