I am not aware of an official MCUXpresso SDK/System Manager driver named fsl_pcal6524.cfsl_pcal6524.h for the PCAL6524HEAZ. NXP Linux BSPs support the device through the standard Linux GPIO-expander driver using the PCA6524 device-tree compatible string.
