Sorry for the late response, Could you tell me if your device is enumerated in the device manager? if not maybe is something wrong with your code. When you say "having flashed the microcontroller" are you using the LPC-Link2? Because the board requires an external debug probe, to flash such as the LPC-Link2.

I suggest reviewing the information for the vendor because the board is similar to this LPC4330-Xplorer Board | NXP Semiconductors from NXP, both ports micro USB at the same time for powering the RJ45 and board.
