What is the correct marking code on a BFT92? The data sheet says W1% and the part is marked W1W. Do I have the correct part?
According to the BFT92 datasheet marking is W1%.The wildcard % is replaced with a letter representing the assembly site.In your case W1W means BFT92 made in China.
