All the iMX35 links appear broken.

Is this an update or is the product being withdrawn?

Freescale had to take down the pages to comply with a patent ruling regarding the MAPBGA package. The case is still on-going. You can still find most of the documentation through part number or parametric searches.

The same applies to the i.MX25, when reported to freescale they referred me to the search page
