how to implement boot loader for MPC5634m

i am new to mqx(code warrior) and just implemented few example code on TWR-pxn2020.now i want to implement boot loader for MPC5634m. i read some of page of section BAM in reference manual.which is easiest way internal boot mode or serial boot mode? and how to implement it?
