What documents do I need for non-taplinx IOS/Android Desfire development?

Basically, I have a NDA signed, but I need to know how to change keys to AES, use the proper nonces and cmac communication in an app that cannot use taplinx. What documents might I need to gain access to in order to do this manually?

Documentation, software and other resources supporting this device are secured under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), the information is not public, and it is located under the MIFARE DESFire EV3 Secure Files.
